Kristin Evans
and producer
Rick Balentine
are in this month recording additional tracks for her upcoming
release. Plans are to release her CD in the 4th quarter of '09.
Brian Corbett
is continuing his lead vocal tracking on his debut album with
producer Rick
Balentine.
Expect this project to have some old school bass slapping/funk
drumming grooves! Brian's album will be available in the 4th quarter
of '09.
Rick Balentine
is scoring a new documentary for
Untitled Films
about a group of famous artisans from the Venice beach area of So
Cal. Artists include
Frank Gehry
and Dennis
Hopper. The
soundtrack will be recorded in 5.1, as well as 2.1 for a possible CD
release.

Rick Balentine
is scoring the soundtrack for a new
SONY PSP
mod entitled
Solitude.
Solitude
is based on the well known
HALO
game, but has been written specifically for the
SONY PSP.
The score will feature full orchestration mixed with dark guitars
and huge drums. Gigastudio, Stormdrum, Symphonic Choirs and
East/West Strings will be used as well to create the larger than
life score.
Solitude will
be released in the first quarter of 2010.
Life
Cell
Corporation has hired
SCORE LA
<media>
to score a .30 second piece outlining their breakthrough
products for an upcoming meeting.
SCORE LA
<media>
will coordinate musicians and voice-over talent, and provide
final mix to the post house. Original music will be provided
by
Rick Balentine.

SCORE LA

is going through an extensive re-wiring to make switching
between media formats quick. In October we will be able to
seamlessly switch between 2.1 and 5.1 formats. |
